Welcome to Stamplicity Simulation Services

Welcome to Stamplicity Simulation Services

Welcome

Welcome to Stamplicity’s Simulation Service Department! Whether you are submitting a new tooling design for simulation, optimizing an existing tool, or requesting rechecks, we’re here to make the process smooth and efficient.

 Data

With a wide variety of CAD platforms, data is often translated to a more universal format to be shared with others. We prefer ALL data is sent to us in STEP format (*.stp).

Additionally the structure and settings used for export can impact how well that data comes through for us. In an effort to minimize clean up time and streamline the process, we have a comprehensive guide / FAQ for data prep that you can review here.

New Tool Simulation

If you have a new tooling design that you want to have simulated and would like to understand what is included, you can review the New Tooling Deliverables.  When you are ready to get your project quoted, use the New Project RFQ form to submit it.

Existing Tool Optimization

If you are looking to have an existing tool optimized, review our Existing Tool Optimization Requirements

After you’ve reviewed the requirements, you can use the same New Project RFQ link to upload the data and additional materials. Be sure to indicate that the Tool Type is “Existing”.

Recheck Data

If you’ve received the initial results (R1) for a new or existing tool and have completed the changes, you can submit the updated data using the Recheck Data Form. This is a simplified form with only the essential information required to get your data in and rechecked.

Support

We’re here to support you every step of the way. If you need any assistance or have any questions, reach out at Service@transfersim.com or call (616) 863-8630. We look forward to helping make your tooling the best it can be!
